SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is confirmed, the processing time is 2 to 5 business days before shipment. During this period, we carefully prepare and package your product. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• United States: 7–15 business days after shipment
• International: 15–30 business days after shipment

The total time from purchase to delivery includes both processing time and shipping time.

ORDER TRACKING

All orders include a tracking number that will be sent to you by email. You can track your package at any time using this number.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please make sure to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
